Fire under control
The fire service now has control of the fire in road 232 and on Sunday evening some of the evacuees can move back.

At 20:30, the fire service reported that they had the fire under control in road 232 in Longyearbyen. On Sunday evening, those who were evacuated from 232-20A can move back to their apartments. Road 232 22-46 remains evacuated. The roadblock at Blåmyra has been removed.
